The challenge

Design and organise a 10-day residential schedule for US-based EMBA programme in Shanghai and Suzhou region. The aim was to meet and learn from key players in the omni-channel supply chain in areas of (i) technology, (ii) consumerables producer, and (iii) e-commerce, and ultimately be enveloped within the context of doing business in China.
